Return Eligibility (UK Orders Only):
Due to the nature of our product as a hygiene item, we are only able to accept returns under the following conditions:

• The item must be returned within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.

• The product must be in its original, unopened packaging.

• The item must be unused, undamaged, sealed, and in a resalable condition.

• A valid e-receipt or proof of purchase is required to process the return.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

International Orders:

• All international orders are final sale and non-returnable.

• Unfortunately, due to customs regulations, high return costs, and import restrictions, we cannot accept returns for items shipped outside the UK.

• Please review your order carefully before purchasing.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

• If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs.

• We will assess the issue on a case-by-case basis and arrange a suitable solution.

Return Process (UK Orders):
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@hemocushionltd.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.

Return Shipping (UK Orders):
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service to ensure the item arrives safely.

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Exclusions:

• Returns will not be accepted for any product that has been opened, due to hygiene and health safety standards.

• International orders are not eligible for return or refund.
